From concept and product development to purchasing, quality and compliance. With me the commercial side and the operational side don't run past each other, they reinforce each other. Sourcing & Procurement
Not just any factory, the right factory. I handle the sourcing, the audits, the sampling and the hard negotiations. The goal is always a long-term relationship.
Product Development
Design-led with a commercial eye. From first concept to shelf-ready product, I design it myself. Built to sell and hold margin, not just to look good. Full ownership, end to end.
Category Management
Building and steering the assortment. Ranging, pricing architecture, range reviews. The aim is to grow the whole category, not just one line.
Project Management
Both sides in one grip. Purchase orders with the factories. The commercial side with the retailers. Full control over buying and selling, with nothing falling through the gap.
Quality & Compliance
Product quality, checked through accredited testing facilities. Certifications and EU compliance kept in order. Plus factory compliance on the social and environmental side, via Amfori BSCI and BEPI. Standards held, not assumed.
